Midwest Alliance for Patient Safety

The Midwest Alliance for Patient Safety (the Alliance) is a federally certified Patient Safety Organization (PSO) jointly sponsored by the Illinois Hospital Association (IHA) and the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council (MCHC).

The Alliance is the only Illinois PSO of providers for providers. Joining the Alliance gives you the opportunity to meet your mission of improving patient safety and quality of care.
